Chance Perdomo Dies At 27 From Motorcycle Accident

Chance Perdomo, known for his roles in Gen V and Sabrina, tragically passed away in a motorcycle accident.

Perdomo had recently risen to fame with significant acting roles. He portrayed Ambrose Spellman in Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and garnered more attention by playing the lead role in Gen V as Andre Anderson, a college student-superhero.

As reported by The Wrap, Perdomo, 27, was declared dead following the motorcycle accident on Mar. 29, 2024. The sudden loss has deeply shocked his family and friends. No further details have been provided, and fortunately, no one else was harmed in the accident.

In response to the heartbreaking news, the actor’s team expressed;

“His love for the arts and zest for life touched all who knew him, and his warmth will endure in the hearts of those closest to him.” They also added, “We kindly request privacy for his family as they grieve the loss of their beloved son and brother.”

The Wrap also mentioned that production for the second season of Gen V has been postponed due to Perdomo’s untimely passing.

The show’s producers released a statement sharing their sentiments;

“The news is truly hard to grasp. To those who knew and worked with him, Chance was always vibrant and cheerful, a talented performer, and above all, a genuinely kind and wonderful person.”

Amazon MGM Studios and Sony Pictures Television have also expressed their shock over Perdomo’s passing, along with the rest of the community.
