White Man Maxwell Anderson Charged With Murdering Black Milwaukee Teen After Date

Following Maxwell Anderson’s arrest, the family of Sade Robinson, a 19-year-old Black woman, now has closure regarding her disappearance, although they are still searching for the rest of her body.

Milwaukee authorities have charged 33-year-old Maxwell Anderson with the murder of Sade Robinson. Her dismembered leg was found in Warnimont Park leading to a breakthrough in the investigation through DNA matching.

Anderson faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, mutilating a corpse, and arson.

Robinson was reported missing on April 1st after she was last seen with Anderson, whose burned vehicle was discovered along with her belongings. Subsequently, Robinson’s leg was found, leading to progress in the case through DNA analysis.

As Sade Robinson’s Family Searches For Her Remains, The Alleged Fatal Date & Lackluster Law Enforcement Evoke Lauren Smith-Fields’ Death

Robinson’s family organized a search in Warnimont Park on April 13th to find the rest of her body. They expressed a desire for more assistance from law enforcement as they continue their efforts. Keyiana, Sade’s cousin, highlighted the lack of support from authorities in the search.

“It’s a little sad because it feels like we don’t really have their help right now,” said Keyiana.

The search for the rest of Robinson’s remains continues, with police and volunteers scouring various locations throughout Milwaukee. A search warrant executed at Anderson’s home revealed evidence suggesting an attempt to dispose of a body.

People who knew Robinson remember her as vibrant and kind-hearted. Her tragic death has left a void in the community.

“She was gorgeous, and her smile could brighten anyone’s day, and she had a personality that could cheer you up,” said Josh S., a close friend of Robinson, told TMJ4.

Communities are deeply affected by this story, with many emphasizing the importance of safety in dating and the pursuit of justice for Robinson.

As the investigation unfolds, the Wisconsin community and online supporters will continue to advocate for justice for #SadeRobinson. A significant number of people have contributed to the family’s GoFundMe campaign to assist with Robinson’s funeral expenses.

Anderson is currently held on a $5 million bond.

We extend our condolences to Sade Robinson’s family as they navigate the pursuit of justice for their loved one.
