The “Girls” actress and comedian Lena Dunham has been forced to deny that she was involved in the “Who bit Beyonce?” matter.
The actress became the favorite with bookies Paddy Power as Bey’s fans scrambled to decipher who bit songstress in December. But Lena cleared the air and shuts down the rumors that she was involved in the bizarre incident.
Lena took to Twitter and wrote, “As the patron saint of ‘She would do that…’ I didn’t.”
The ongoing “Who bit Beyoncé?” saga began earlier this week when comedian Tiffany Haddish revealed that Beyoncé had been bitten on the face last year in December at a party.

The ongoing saga is generating so much buzz on social media where the hashtag #WhoBitBeyonce is now trending, which leads bookmakers Paddy Power to open up about the incident, sharing a shortlist of celebrities who could have done it, Lena Dunham coming out on top on the list with odds of 2/1.
The “Girls” creator Lena was closely followed by “Love And Basketball” star Sanaa Lathan with odds of 7/2. Sanna also denied the claim, writing, “Y’all are funny. Under no circumstances did I bite Beyonce and if I did it would’ve been a love bite.”
The 90210 star Sara Foster who plays Jen Clark also come out to deny the claims, she joking said, “Flattering that anyone thinks I could get this close to Beyonce.”
Bey has refused to say anything on the matter with her spokesperson telling GQ: “I absolutely cannot comment on any of this, as I have no knowledge.”
On Monday, Haddish sent the Beyhive into overdrive after talking about the “biting,” that allegedly took place in December at Bey’s rapper hubby Jay-Z afterparty in Inglewood.
Tiffany said, “There was this actress there, that’s just, like, doing the mostest. One of the most things she did? She bit Beyoncé in the face.”
