Kim Kardashian, Rob Kardashian and Kris Jenner have responded to Blac Chyna’s lawsuit against them in which Chyna accuses the Kardashians to be responsible for the cancellation of her reality show ‘Rob and Chyna.’
As per the sources, the Kardashian attorney filed a ‘demurrer’ on December 21, raising an objection against Chayna’s lawsuit and asking for the lawsuit to be dropped. In the filing, the Kardashians say that the reason behind the show getting canceled is because Chyna filed a restraining order against her ex-fiancé in July and the second reason being the Lashed Bar owner prevented the filming of the show. The documents even read that Plaintiff has asked the court to issue an order prohibiting Rob from contacting her in any way, directly or indirectly.
Seeing all of these reasons, there were no possible ways remaining to pick up and film ‘Rob and Chyna.’ The show ‘Rob and Chyna’ that premiered on September 2016, was wrapped up with a special documentary featuring the birth of their one-year-old daughter, Dream Kardashian in December 2016. The documentation also shows the ups and downs of the former couple’s relationship. Notably, the couple announced their engagement in the year 2016 and after so many rumors surrounding their breakups earlier this year, the two parted their ways for good.
The previous reports suggest that in the month of September this year, Chyna filed the suit against the Kardashians. Later in November, Chyna dropped the lawsuit against Khloe, Kourtney, Kylie and Kendall Jenner. But the reports later revealed on November 15 that she is still pursuing the lawsuit against Kim, Rob, and Jenner.
As per the information in the documents, Jenner and Kim have a court date fixed on January 18 in Los Angeles where they will be presenting their case in order to get the lawsuit dismissed.
