The English-Canadian actress Kim Cattrall has announced on social media the death of her younger brother Christopher Cattrall. On 4th February, Saturday the actress came up to social media and posted missing person poster for her missing brother post which on 5th February she confirmed the unexpected death of Christopher Cattrall at the age of 55. Revealing the heavy news she tweeted that it was a matter of great sadness for her and her family that their son and brother has passed away. Further adding up to this she had asked for privacy at the time.
Kim on 4th February had posted on Instagram that Chris Cattrall’s door was left unlocked with his cellphone, keys and wallet had been found on a table in his home in Lacombe, Alberta. The actress had further stated that it was not actually what Chris would ever do and that he would never leave his unlocked home without those items and his 7 beloved dogs. She had also described her brother’s stature in the post and had ended up saying complementing Chris as a kind brother and asking for help.
The actress’s brother was found deceased on his property early on 5th February as per the confirmation was given by Corporal Chris Warren, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police spokesperson. He has further stated that through the course of the death has not been found out yet the matter was not considered suspicious.
Kim Cattrall, 61, emerged as a more know face post her role in Sex and the City, the HBO romantic comedy series for which she had earned for herself the Golden Globe award in 2002 for the Best Supporting Actress and had her name nominated five times for the Emmy Awards. She has also featured again in the second part of the same series that was aired in 2010.
