Khloe Kardashian shares how she plans on shedding the baby weight

Khloe Kardashian is working hard at the gym after welcoming daughter True Thompson on April 12. The Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWK) star has now disclosed the details about her fitness regime and said that getting back into shape after giving birth to the little princess was not an easy task. Well, lucky for us as she is sharing some of her workout tips on her app.

On Tuesday, Khloe posted on her app, “It’s been so great being back in the gym with my trainer. I’m so motivated to get my body back, and I’m feeling stronger every day—and getting closer to my goal!” She added, “You know I like to go into things with a plan, and I have a lot of work ahead, but I’m pumped!”

The Good American designer is now concentrating on her core body areas, as per her trainer Joel “Coach Joe” Bouraïma.

Bouraïma has been posting several workout pictures of Khloe on his social media handle since the past one month.

“Even before pregnancy, the stomach was something Khloé wanted as clean as possible. And now, it’s, even more, an area that she wants back,” Bouraïma wrote about Khloe on his social media handle.

When asked, Bouraïma said that Khloe wants the body she had earlier back again in the commercial for season 14 of KUWK. And unlike other of his clients who require an extra motivation, Khloe is already motivated and determined.

He explained that she is tough enough to find her motivation in herself which helps her to determine what she wants.

For now, Khloe’s exercise schedule now includes a cardio workout on Monday’s while from Tuesday to Sunday, Bouraïma focuses on her full body workout with just a little cardio.
