The actors and actresses were seen wearing black coloured outfits at the 2018 Golden Globes award to support the Time’s Up Movement as a symbol of their unified protest against women facing sexual harassment in Hollywood. The 35-year-old actress, Jessica Biel was also spotted wearing a black princess gown like other actresses and actors who were dressed in black.
Biel wore a strapless black Haute Couture ball gown that featured a tulle and velvet detailing on it. Her hair was styled in a slicked back low ponytail while her makeup went with a smoky eye and berry pink lipstick shade. To complete the whole look, The Sinner actress chose Bulgari dangling earrings and three chunk diamond bracelets of the same brand.
The women behind the Time’s Up campaign, Reeve Whitherspoon, America Ferrara and Eva Longoria were spotted wearing all black outfits to the Golden Globes. As per sources, the campaign is spreading rapidly.
Justin Timberlake, Biel’s husband, was also seen participating in the campaign as he walked with his wife on the red carpet wearing a black Dior Homme suit with the Time’s up pin. Even though this is the first time that Biel has featured in a nomination at the Golden Globes, it is not the first time that she walked the red carpet at the ceremony. In fact, she has been attending the award ceremony for a decade since the time she made her debut in the industry in the year 2007.
Speaking about her role in the movie The Sinner during one of her interviews earlier, she had said, “It always had something special. Creatively I saw this part and said this is mine. I have to do it. This is mine. I don’t care if no one sees this. I have to do this.”
Notably, the 75th Golden Globes ceremony was held at the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, California. The awards show will be aired on NBC at 8 p.m.
