Hillary Clinton surprises the audience at Grammy Awards 2018 with a small cameo

On Sunday night, during 2018 Grammys Awards, the host of the show James Corden pointed out that many celebrities who are not actually singers and musicians have won Grammy awards. Former presidents Bill Clinton and Barack Obama and celebrities such as Carrie Fisher, have won the Spoken Word award at the Grammys.

James out forward a little comedy segment during the awards ceremony featuring some of his famous friends “auditioning” to be the voice of the audio-book version of Donald Trump ‘Fire And Fury: Inside The Trump White House.’ John Legend, Cher, Snoop Dogg and DJ Khaled all took a pop at it. Cardi B’s audition was the best. She looked pretty baffled on reading the passage which describes how Trump likes to eat cheeseburgers in bed. She said, “What — why am I even reading this sh*t? Who lives like this? This is how he lives his life?”

Everyone seemed to look confused at this part off the book as well. But the best reading of all comes in at the very end, when a women reads the book with her face obscured by the book, and it’s revealed to be Hillary Clinton herself. The audience at the Grammys went absolutely wild on discovering Clinton reading the book.

Clinton read the passage where Trump describes how he likes to eat McDonald’s as he is scared that his food will get poisoned elsewhere. James immediately cuts Clinton off and tells her that she has got the gig. After the funny segment aired, Nikki Haley, United Nations ambassador took to her Instagram handle and voiced her ‘disgust’ at the slams against the president. She tweeted, “I have always loved the Grammys but to have artists read the Fire and Fury book killed it. Don’t ruin great music with trash. Some of us love music without the politics thrown in it.”

Well, this was definitely a hard reply to a joke. We will have to see what Trump has to say when he finds out about this funny segment.
