New York radio veteran Funk Flex doesn’t shy away from shining a light on artists. In 2018, he specifically called out Cardi B, accusing her of supposedly paying deejays to promote her music and provide strong endorsements.

In another incident of alleged pay-for-play, fans criticized Cardi today for reportedly paying bloggers for music promotion. TikTok users took action today by accusing the Bronx rapper of paying blogs to boost the recent release of GloRilla’s popular track “Tomorrow 2.”
