Disney will open its Star Wars theme parks in summer 2019

Disney has worked hard to bring the Star Wars universe to its theme parks in Orlando and California, and during that period, we have tried to know as much as possible on what the visitors will experience when they visit their Westworld-styled immersion into the Star Wars universe.

Disney will open its Star Wars theme parks in summer 2019

Disney’s Galaxy Edge park, the new impressive theme park, is set to begin in summer 2019 at Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando and Disneyland Resort in California, just in time as the Star Wars: Episode IX is set to release in December 2019. Disney recently released a trailer of the park which gives an insight on some of the details on what the visitors can expect from the park. The Star Wars’ Galaxy Edge will begin first next summer after which the company plans on expanding its Disney

World in its Florida park later during that fall. Everything in the new theme parks has been designed to allow the visitors have an interactive and responsive experience, including some of the activities where they can participate in. The visitors will be able to fly the Millennium Falcon, drink a glass of blue milk at the cantina all in a planetary place which will be a part of the Star Wars’ official canon.

This is just the beginning for Disney as it has plans to work on a Star Wars hotel which will function as the Westworld-style and will connect the visitors to the corresponding Star Wars’ universe, but this is only possible if the company successfully manages to pull this off well.

Disney’s theme parks are incredibly famous and popular among all generations, but the major attractions do not stand out well when compared to Wizarding World of Harry Potter by Universal. Disney has not announced the date for the grand opening of the hotel currently, but the hotel is in the process of getting developed.
